Chef Amina’s Refreshing Cucumber & Pineapple Detox Drink
This cooling and hydrating cucumber detox drink is perfect for cleansing the body, boosting digestion, and refreshing your system!
Ingredients:
1 medium cucumber (sliced)
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon grated ginger (optional for extra digestion boost)
1 cup cold water or coconut water
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Ice cubes (as needed)
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Blend everything – In a blender, add cucumber slices, pineapple chunks, lemon juice, ginger, and water. Blend until smooth.
