Hello food lovers! It’s Chef Amina, and today, I’m sharing another simple, nutritious, and filling breakfast that keeps you energized all morning—Creamy Oatmeal with Bananas & Nuts.

Why Oatmeal?

Oatmeal is packed with fiber, helps digestion, keeps you full longer, and supports heart health. Plus, it’s super easy to make!

Ingredients (Serves 2):

1 cup rolled oats

2 cups milk or water

1 ripe banana (sliced)

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

¼ teaspoon cinnamon (for flavor)

2 tablespoons mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or cashews)

1 teaspoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional for extra nutrition)

Instructions:

1. Cook the oats – In a pot, bring milk or water to a boil. Add oats and stir, cooking for about 5 minutes until creamy.

2. Add sweetness – Stir in honey and cinnamon for a natural, delicious taste.
