MORNING BREAKFAST, PANCAKE/COFFE

Chef Amina woke up early on Monday morning, the sun still a faint glow behind the curtains. As a chef, her mornings started before the world was awake, and today was no different. She had a comforting ritual for her breakfast—a blend of both creativity and simplicity.

She slipped on her apron, the one she always wore at home, and headed to the kitchen. The smell of freshly brewed coffee filled the air as she ground the beans. She carefully measured the ingredients for a fluffy batch of pancakes—flour, sugar, baking powder, and a touch of cinnamon, her secret ingredient.eggs , a splash of milk, and a little butter in a bowl, preparing to make scrambled eggs that were light and soft. The skillet sizzled as she poured the egg mixture, gently stirring until it was just the right consistency.

To complete her plate, she sliced ripe tomatoes and avocados, drizzling them with olive oil and a pinch of sea salt for a fresh touch. Her pancakes, golden and slightly crisp around the edges, were topped with a dollop of homemade berry compote.

She set the table with a small vase of flowers, poured herself a steaming cup of coffee, and admired the colorful spread. It was a simple breakfast, but to Chef Amina, it was a moment of peace before the busy week began—a perfect start to her Monday.
